Why can’t I find my purchase history?
Your purchase history should be listed at the presale page. If it is not shown, it is because you use a different wallet which is not linked with your MemeBank account to purchase the $MBK. To solve this, please register a new account with the wallet address you used to buy $MBK, the purchase history should be generated on the new account.
Step-by-Step guide:
Step 1. Click the three dots at the upper-right corner, then Sign out the current account.
Step 2. Click Sign up, Sign up with the wallet you used to purchase MBK.
Step 3. Enter a NEW email and set a password to Link Your Email.
Step 4. Switch to the presale page, refresh the page, now you can see your purchase history.
